From sample testing to commercial supply: what needs confirmation
Agree the candidate, test conditions and acceptance criteria before the sample trial.
Trial criteria
Agree the candidate, test conditions and acceptance criteria before the sample trial.
- Identify the exact JNP grade or current reference; say if it is not yet selected.
- Formulation, dosage, process steps, temperature, time and variables kept constant.
- State the control, measurement or observation, and result against the acceptance criterion.
Traceable trial feedback
Record sample identity, results and deviations. Return feedback linked to that sample and application.
- Sample or project reference
- Customer-reported trial result
- Next step requested from JNP
Commercial offer
Confirm the commercial grade, quantity, packaging, destination, trade terms and payment in writing.
- Your current reference product or candidate grade, if known
- Required sample or order quantity
- Destination country or market
- Preferred shipping arrangement, if known
- Required goods-ready or delivery timing
- Standard Packaging
- Payment Terms
Production & shipping
Review the current sample and supply terms. Confirm production readiness and shipping arrangements separately for the order.
- Applicable trade term
- Named place or destination
- Party responsible for arranging transportation
- Relevant shipment or delivery milestone
- Estimated departure and transit time
- Business days are calculated according to the calendar stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
- The applicable calendar will take into account the public holidays and normal working practices of the countries and markets involved, as well as the relevant stage of fulfilment. Production, sample handling and transportation may therefore follow different business-day calendars.
What still needs confirmation
A sample reference does not prove dispatch or trial acceptance. Customer-reported results remain separate from the JNP review decision. Final terms are subject to the applicable written quotation or order confirmation.
Your next step
We will review the information and confirm the applicable sample charge, freight arrangement, business-day calendar, commercial terms and recommended next step.
