Which documents should you confirm before sample testing?

Start with the product name and intended use. Request the relevant TDS and SDS versions.

01

Product-level documents

Start with the product name and intended use. Request the relevant TDS and SDS versions.

  • Identify the product name and variant, if known.
  • State the intended application and technical questions the TDS should answer.
  • Give the document language and any version or revision date you need checked.
  • Specify the destination country and required document language.
02

Commercial-grade specification

Once a commercial grade is identified, confirm its specification and test methods separately.

  • Identify the exact JNP grade or current reference; say if it is not yet selected.
  • List the properties and acceptable ranges to compare, including units.
  • Include test method, concentration and temperature where relevant; identify the specification version.
03

Sample & batch evidence

Match the sample to its batch reference; request the corresponding CoA scope and any required certificate review.

  • Give the product and exact grade, if known.
  • Provide the batch, sample or order reference; say if the batch is not yet identified.
  • List the reported test items or results you need JNP to check.
  • State the holder, site, product scope or validity question to be checked; provide a certificate reference if available.
  • State the destination country and any onward market.
04

Open questions

Record unanswered questions before testing. A document request is not evidence that a file is available or approved for sharing.

  • Name the certificate or scheme requested.
  • Share the importer or customer requirements, requested documents and questions for review.
  • A product-name TDS is not a specification or performance guarantee for every commercial grade.
  • An SDS is not food-use authorization, application validation or a batch quality certificate.
05

What still needs confirmation

JNP will check the available version, scope and permission to share after reviewing your request. Selecting a type does not open or approve a file.

06

Your next step

Request product-name TDS and SDS, selected-grade specifications and sample-batch CoA. Intended use and destination-market requirements require separate review. Application reports, process photographs and customer-approved cases will be added only after verification.
